Call us
Use any call button on this page to reach dispatch. The line is open every hour of every day. A person answers, asks what is happening and arranges a plumber.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
There is no contact form
We do not use a web form. Plumbing problems are urgent, and a form can sit unread overnight. A phone call gets you an answer in minutes and lets us ask the questions that decide which tools to bring.
Address and email
Romeoville Pro Plumbing, 402 N Weber Rd, Romeoville, IL 60446.
Email: contact@proplumbingromeoville.com. Email is fine for non-urgent questions and paperwork. For anything wet, smelly or broken, call instead.
Plumbers work from their trucks, so please phone before you drive to the Weber Road address. That way someone can meet you.
What to tell dispatch
- The street address and town where the problem is
- What you see, hear or smell, and when it began
- Whether water is still flowing and if the main valve is off
- Whether anyone is in the home, including children or older relatives
- Your best call-back number, in case the line drops
Towns we reach
We serve all of Romeoville and nearby Bolingbrook, Lockport, Plainfield, Joliet and Crest Hill. If you are unsure whether your address is covered, call and ask. See the service area page for ZIP codes.
If you already know what you need, the services page lists every job we do, from drain cleaning to water heaters and sump pumps.
Contact questions
The line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Holidays and storm nights are included.
Email works for questions and paperwork, but it is not monitored the way the phone line is. If water is involved, please call.
The price depends on the problem, the access and the time of day. Dispatch explains how a visit is priced, and the plumber states the price before any work starts.
